As a rule, no. But often they will have exclusive interview segments which happen during the finale night wrap party... which isn't the real wrap party... The real wrap party which will not be seen on the feeds tends to happen 2 days after the show is over.

Well.. they really don't...

Real does what's called a RePlay or ReFeeds, and it's already begun... What that means is they start the feeds over from day one, and they replay the entire season. :)

It's a great way to go back and see the stuff you missed, or just feed the need for feeds in the downtime between seasons.

Also, real hosts interviews with several of the houseguests in the weeks following the end of the season. :)

*If the Power of Veto (PoV) is won by an HG who is on the block, said HG may remove choose to remove him or herself from the block, or they may choose to remove the other person (pretty rare!), or they may choose to allow the noms to remain the same and not use the veto at all.

In the event the HG on the block chooses to use the PoV, the HoH must select a new HG to take that HGs place on the block.

*If the PoV is won by someone *not* on the block, they may use it to Veto one of the nominations, and their own safety is insured.

Again, the non-nominated person that won the PoV may not be nominated, even when they use it to Veto one of the nominations.

How Does a Double Elimination Week Work?

In the past, the Fast Forward or "Double Eviction" weeks have worked as follows:

Lets base the example on Natalie's HoH Week, just for easy reference (not a prediction at all)...

One of Natalie's nominees, Josh or Sharon (the ReNom), will be evicted. Then Julie will tell the houseguests that they're about to have a fast forward week, and HoH, Veto, Veto Ceremony and Eviction will all play out within a matter of 30 or so minutes.

Natalie, having been the last HoH would not be eligible to play for HoH. Whichever of her nominees that remained in the house, however, would be.

It's a new week begun...

All of the eligible HGs would play. He or She who won HoH would make immediate nominations.

A PoV Comp may or may not ensue (it's not guaranteed)...

Then the HGs vote out whichever of the new nominees (put up by the new HoH) they choose...

Up and out the door, lickety split.

Within the next little while, there would be another HoH comp to determine the HoH who would reign for the rest of the week... and make new nominees..

When is the First Big Brother Endurance Comp?

Why am I so sure (99%) about it being endurance? Well, during Big Brother 5 & 6, the endurance comp happened immediately following the exit of the last HG to not be part of the jury house. That eviction is this week. During Big Brother 6 and 7, they were held right before the last non jury member was evicted. Season 6, it was held immediately following Kaysar (the evicted HG's) return.

Seeing a parallel here? We're overdue.

With the return of one of the evicted HGs immediately following the eviction, the head count in the house goes back up to 9... leaving 7 jurors and 2 finalists. Endurance awaits us...beginning near the end of the Live Show and continuing on the live feeds. (I can't wait!)

A: To Backdoor someone in Big Brother is just what you've described, Marc, but it also implies intent. For example, if I was HoH right now, and I wanted to "backdoor" you out of the BB house, I would nominate 2 other people, pray like hell one of the three of us won the veto comp, and then slide you onto the block in place of one of the original nominees.

As well as intent, backdooring implies that the replacement nominee in question never had a chance to save themself from eviction by virtue of playing in the Power of Veto competition.

A: I'll answer the last part 1st. Me!! As far as the difference, there is absolutely none. Every site, including cbs.com, offers the exact same deals on the exact same feeds. The difference is who gets the bonus for your sign-up.

A: They're not. While the HGs are in the house or in sequester, a lot of them have friends or family members running their pages. They aren't actually on their themselves.

The Big Brother houseguests have no internet access at all... Not even the HoH. Although the HoH blogs once a week for an hour, their blogging does not provide them internet access or privileges.

What does Lockdown mean?

Q: What exactly does lockdown mean? Are they locked in the house or in their rooms?

A: A lockdown can be interior, exterior, or limiting the HGs to a more specific space, such as the HoH (Head of Household) room. When Big Brother calls a lockdown, he will tell the HGs where they are required to go, and they must stay there until Big Brother announces that the lockdown is over and they are free to move about the house... or the backyard.. or where ever.

A: Hummergate refers to the oral sex that took place between 2 of the houseguests during Big Brother 9, early on in the season. C=Venus did a chop of the event and called it "hummertime." My brain processed it as hummergate, lol, and I referred to it as that in a few posts after, rather than saying blow job, which just sounds a bit more crude.

Well, there could be a few reasons:

Viagra salesmen and the like tend to enjoy posting their links in our comments sections, since they get so much traffic, and while we can appreciate Viagra as much as the next woman, we'd rather spare you the BS.
We don't tolerate attacks or intimidation of other commenters. There are plenty of places that do... we're just not one of em. We've built a really nice community here, and we'd like to keep it that way. If something slips through, as it will on occasion when things get nuts, just leave us a comment alerting us to it and specifying which post it's on, and we'll take care of it ASAP.
No F bombs, if you please.
If your comment refers to any of the female houseguests as a whore, skank, slut, etc., or suggests any of the former, it will not be published.
Racial or Ethnic or Homophobic Slurs? Don't even think about it. Well... you can write it, but it's not getting published, and frankly, I'd really prefer not to read it.
Inciting others to violence? Not gonna happen.
Giving out phone numbers and email addresses of CBS bigwigs and encouraging everyone to call and write to protest something that happened in the house? I just can't do it.

The Overnight Report is a complete rundown of everything important that happened the night before, usually beginning between the hours of 10-11pm BBT, and continuing until the HGs actually go to sleep.

It typically includes video clips, as well as dialogue excerpts, and it allows our reader to stay in the loop without losing too much sleep.

In order to broadcast the first show, the production company needs actual footage of the houseguests interacting, doing diary room sessions, and competing in the first HoH. The only way to get it is by putting the HGs in there a few days early. Also, having the HGs in there a few days early allows them to form some bonds and get over the initial (boring) awkwardness of living with a bunch of people they don't know.

Why are the feeds in black and white when the HGs go to bed?

The Feeds go to night vision (black and white) when the HGs turn out their room lights. As soon as the HGs turn the lights back on (or BB does), color is re-instated.

Diary Room Sessions - although we had quite a few audio slip ups last season and a video slip as well...

Veto Comps - The feeds cut out for the duration of the veto competitions and come back on within a few minutes after the comp is over, at which point we learn who won, either by way of conversation amongst the HGs, or an actual visual of the Veto around someone's neck. Veto Comps are held on Saturdays, and the duration runs anywhere from 45 minutes to 4-5 hours... Ya just never know.

Food Comps - On rare occasion we'll see a food comp on the feeds, but very rare.

In general, comps are not shown on the feeds. During season 8, however, the luxury comp was shown.

Singing - When the HGs spontaneously burst out in song and don't immediately stop as instructed, the feeds will cut out momentarily.
